• You receive access to the purchased course content for the specified duration
• Course content is strictly for your personal educational use only
• One account per student — sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited
• Course access is activated immediately after successful payment confirmation
• TechmindsTutor reserves the right to update course content without prior notice
• Courses may include live sessions, recorded videos, PDFs, quizzes, and assignments

4. Free PDF Downloads

Free PDFs, notes, syllabus documents, and study materials provided on TechmindsTutor are intended for personal study purposes only. You may not redistribute, sell, publish, or use them commercially without explicit written permission from TechmindsTutor. Any misuse will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date
• Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or consumed
• No study material, PDF, or resource has been downloaded from the course
• A valid and genuine reason is provided for the refund request

5.2 How to Request a Refund

• Include: Your registered email, course name, purchase date, and reason
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method

5.3 Exceptions — Refunds Will NOT Be Granted If:

• A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded before the refund was requested
• The purchase was made using a promotional code, discount, or special offer
• Multiple refund requests have been made by the same student for the same course
• The refund request is submitted beyond the 7-day refund window
• Excessive or repeated refund requests have been made by the same account
• The account has been reported, banned, or disabled due to violation of our Terms
• The issue has already been resolved and addressed within 2-7 days of being raised
• Suspected refund abuse or fraudulent refund activity is detected
• No refunds on subscription services unless required by applicable law

5.4 Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is approved and processed, all access to the course content — including videos, notes, PDFs, quizzes, and live session recordings — will be immediately and permanently revoked.

5.5 Cancellation of Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. However, refunds for subscription cancellations will only be considered if they meet the refund eligibility criteria stated above. No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

6. Disclaimer

All materials on TechmindsTutor are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. TechmindsTutor does not guarantee:

• Specific examination scores or academic results — outcomes depend entirely on individual effort
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to course content at all times
• That the content is always complete, accurate, or current

7. Limitations of Liability

TechmindsTutor and its team shall not be held liable for any damages including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or course progress due to technical issues or server downtime
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances
• Any harm arising from third-party links or external resources referenced on our platform
• Academic outcomes, examination results, or career outcomes

8. User Conduct

By using TechmindsTutor, you agree not to:

• Share your account credentials, login details, or course access with any other person
• Copy, record, or distribute course videos or content without written permission
• Use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content in any community or doubt section
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonate TechmindsTutor staff, instructors, or other students

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on TechmindsTutor — including but not limited to course videos, lecture notes, PDFs, study materials, illustrations, graphics, quizzes, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of TechmindsTutor. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Amendments & Updates

TechmindsTutor reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of TechmindsTutor’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
